What’s inside
What’s inside the 16 pages.
The 5-channel HQ structure I use to run my entire business from one screen — and the one channel most owners build wrong (page 4)
The mistake that turns every AI setup into a junk drawer within two weeks — and the 10-minute fix (page 7)
The “first 30 minutes” build sequence: what to set up, what to ignore, and why most people start in the wrong place (page 11)
The belief shift
From “I need to learn AI” to “I need to organize my business around AI.”
You don’t need to become technical first. You need a workspace, a few clear roles, and a rhythm you can repeat every week. That’s what most AI advice skips — and that’s what this kit gives you.
Why I built this
15 years online. And I still let AI turn my business into chaos.
I’m Tyler Pratt. I’ve spent 15 years building things online — e-commerce stores, a YouTube channel I grew to 300,000 subscribers, lead generation systems, a coaching business, and a marketing agency.
I know how to build. What I didn’t know how to do was stay organized once AI showed up.
I was building apps. Websites. AI products. Three or four at a time. Every time I opened X or YouTube, I’d see something new and start building that instead.
I had OpenAI in one tab telling me one thing, DeepSeek in another telling me the opposite, and Claude in a third pulling me a different direction entirely.
At one point I had five different AI agents running — and somehow that made everything worse, not better. Fifteen years of business experience and I was still drowning.
The fix wasn’t another tool. It was the PARA framework — the same one I’d used for years to organize my personal life. The day I applied it to AI, everything stopped fighting me.
One workspace. Clear roles. One agent doing one job. The chaos ended in an afternoon.
This Starter Kit is that exact map — PARA applied to AI, the way I wish someone had handed it to me three years ago.
